Provider of Nonprofit Management Solutions

“Moving to a single, seamless processing environment was extremely important to us,” states Kate Asbeck, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Stellar Technology Solutions LLC, http://www.stellartechsol.com, a leading provider of web-based philanthropy management software, today announced that the Cleveland Foundation has launched Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise® as its next generation enterprise technology solution.

The Cleveland Foundation launched iPhi CoreEnterprise® as its new system of record on August 1, 2012. The enterprisewide solution consolidates disparate data and processes into a single, streamlined operational infrastructure for staff. Over the next two months, the foundation will also launch several iPhi PrivateViews®, self-provisioning secure portals, for the Cleveland Foundation’s donors and grantees. To further enhance staff efficiency and information access, Stellar and the foundation have collaborated to create two new real-time information views, the iPhi Program OfficerView™ and the iPhi Advancement OfficerView™.

“Moving to a single, seamless processing environment was extremely important to us,” states Kate Asbeck, senior vice president and chief financial officer. “We used this opportunity to rethink our internal processes and to achieve seamless automation of previously manual or semi-manual processes.”

Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise® provides the Cleveland Foundation with a single end-to-end, web-based SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that spans Donor Relations/Advancement, CRM, Gifting and Granting, Competitive/Scholarship, Accounting/Finance, Fund Management, Investment Management/Fund Unitization, and dynamic real-time Web Portals for donors, grantees, foundation advancement/program officers.

“We were impressed with Stellar’s work ethic and commitment during the migration project,” adds Jim Bickel, director of information technology. “Their ability to understand our business model and relate it to real-time information access and processing was invaluable. Stellar has helped us achieve our goal of a fully automated enterprise environment.”

“We are thrilled that the Cleveland Foundation has launched Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise® as its next generation platform,” commented Bryan Mileger, Stellar’s president & CEO. “We look forward to a long partnership in support of the foundation’s philanthropic mission.”
