Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Jon and Mitch worked for a large regional search firm recruiting in the RIA, IBD and Financial Advisory space. They have built a strong reputation for client service and delivering exceptional talent to companies. Their track record of successfully partnering with growing enterprises has resulted in developing deep-rooted relationships with companies and corporate leaders throughout the country.
