Author Steven Dieringer shares his perspective on the “I Am” principles to help others discover and achieve their dreams in his new self-improvement book “‘I Am’ The Creator: Empowering Life with Purpose, Passion, and Joy” (published by Balboa Press).

Dieringer struggled with the effects of obesity, diabetes and a 27-year-long drug addiction. It was through the practice of meditation, prayer and the application of guidelines from the practice of “A Course in Miracles” that he overcame his circumstances and turned his life around for the better. Steven Dieringer is an inspirational speaker and stress relief expert.
