Datum now joins the more than 32,000 other organizations in the United States that are ISO certified based off of their high standards of business quality and leadership. The International Organization for Standardization is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies representing over 130 countries. Developed by this federation, the ISO 9001 is an international quality standard that organizations of all sizes, from small family-run businesses, to the world's largest corporations and government institutions can apply for.

Based on eight Quality Management Principles, Datum earned its ISO certification for its customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
