A two-hour clinic focusing on speed and efficiency will be offered from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Apr 22. The clinic will include times before and after runs to test for changes in speed. This will be drill and run and then drill and run again. Athletes with current injuries should not attend.
This clinic is the test case study for a new clinic that will soon be offered, and is available this time for only $25 per person. Open registration is currently going on, and class will be limited to 20 participants.
This clinic is more intense than past running clinics, with more advanced drills and drills carried to a sprint. The clinic is appropriate for any distance.

Obey the laws of physics and as an added benefit, you will eliminate and even heal injuries. We are not going to delve deep into that this time. This one is about speed and efficiency.”
CrossFit San Ramon continues with their special, offering new members a two-week introductory period for only $25. This includes three small group training sessions to develop skills in CrossFit exercises. New groups start every Monday at 6:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 6:30 p.m.
CrossFit San Ramon is now also offering nutrition and cooking classes with Sarah Pate and Olympic lifting classes with Dave Katz.
