CrossFit San Ramon Will Be Hosting a Gymnastics Seminar with Roger Harrell in June

Roger Harrell, founder of the CrossFit Gymnastics Certification Program, will be conducting a four-hour gymnastics seminar on Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at CrossFit San Ramon, the premier spot for strength training in the Bay Area.

A seminar focused on training efficiency and efficacy on key CrossFit gymnastics elements will be held at CrossFit San Ramon on Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Crossfit San Ramon is the top fitness club for strength training and running training in all of the Bay Area and this event will be conducted by the founder of the CrossFit Gymnastics Certification Program, Roger Harell. The seminar will discuss how to properly execute and teach gymnastics fundamentals in a CrossFit Program.

“Improve your efficiency and gain critical mechanical cues that will help improve your performance at any competition,” Tim Hill, of CrossFit San Ramon, said. “From butterfly kips to muscle ups to basic ground level tumbling, we allow everyone to learn the importance of fully understanding the mechanics of these basic gymnastics elements.”

Learning to understand key concepts will help to properly execute gymnastic elements, which will transfer over to other movements in a variety of sports and activities. The seminar will cover progressions, as well as the key safety concerns, in teaching gymnastics movements to adults.
