We're looking for more suppliers in patio, kids, casual dining, contemporary bedrooms, and mattresses that can service our e-commerce customers in the US, Canada, and in our Canadian store.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) July 28, 2011
Wholesale Furniture Brokers has confirmed attendance of the summer market in Las Vegas. "We aim to strengthen our existing partnerships and evaluate potential new suppliers to add to our product mix," clarifies Matt Holmes, Wholesale Furniture Brokers' Marketing Manager. "Categories we're looking to improve our offerings in include patio, kids, casual dining, contemporary bedrooms, and mattresses."
Meetings have been scheduled with Wholesale Furniture Brokers' existing partners to discuss increasing efficiency, obtaining new product knowledge, and ensuring accurate availability during the upcoming fall season. "One of our goals for attending the summer market is to strengthen our current partnerships to improve our systems and our customers' overall shopping experience," says Holmes. "We'll also be learning about new product features and services offered by our suppliers. The new information will be passed onto our team and customers to ensure we're their best resource." Wholesale Furniture Brokers will be meeting with several of their suppliers including Simmons mattress, Lifestyle Solutions, Prepac Furniture, Coaster Company, Fairmont Designs, Linon, and Powell Furniture.
Potential new suppliers also have meetings scheduled with Wholesale Furniture Brokers. Suppliers will be evaluated based on a number of business requirements including how much product information they provide, how they process orders, how their products ship, and how much marketing support they provide. "We're looking for more suppliers in patio, kids, casual dining, contemporary bedrooms, and mattresses that can service our e-commerce customers in the US, Canada, and in our Canadian store," adds Holmes. Suppliers are encouraged to contact Wholesale Furniture Brokers before and after the Las Vegas Market to schedule meetings.
Prepac, Klaussner, and Hillsdale, are a few of the brands Wholesale Furniture Brokers has initiated relationships with at past markets.
Wholesale Furniture Brokers also values and makes time for the educational seminars offered by the Las Vegas Market. "I'm going to be attending the social media seminars by Christi Tullis of Puttin' Out to help us improve our social media strategy and presence on platforms including Facebook and Twitter," says Holmes. "We're also going to be attending President Bill Clinton's keynote speech to hear his insights on current economic and social issues and how we can be part of the solution."
For the past three years, Wholesale Furniture Brokers has been represented by Dave Zirnhelt, the CEO and President, and Sergei Tashlikowich, the Vice President, at the summer market in Las Vegas. This year, Wholesale Furniture Brokers ran an internal contest for the best proposals of what would be accomplished during this year's market. Zirnhelt and Tashlikowich chose Trent Hardaker, the Operations Manager, and Matt Holmes, the Marketing Manager, as the winners of the contest who will also be attending this year. Zirnhelt explains, "We have a great team and a limited budget, so we held the contest to ensure those who most appreciated the opportunity to represent WFB at market, were the ones there. Matt and Trent deserve it."
