NBRI, the National Business Research Institute, a leading research firm in the area of organizational psychology, has tapped long time board member and COO Dr. Ken West to replace current President and founder Dr. Jan Stringer.
Dr. Ken West has been a NBRI board member since 1990. During his tenure on the board of directors Dr. West has attempted to focus the organization on developing the firm's core capabilities. "NBRI is dedicated exclusively to the business of survey research," said Dr. West. "We can determine which variables drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Over the past 30 years, Dr. West has co-founded and served on the board of several successful communications and technology corporations. Dr. Jan Stringer, who founded NRBI in 1982, and is married to Dr. West will work closely with her husband during the leadership transition, as she prepares to take on new challenges inside the organization, the company said.
