Senior Director of Support Now Also Responsible for Training and CRM Administration

Vovici (voh-VEE-see), the leading provider of survey software and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), today announces the promotion of Nancy Porte to Vice President of Operations. In this enhanced role, Porte has responsibility for Vovici's training organization as well as technical support and CRM administration.

Her leadership and vision are driving continued enhancements in the types and quality of customer support and training that we deliver."

Prior to taking on the role of Vice President of Operations, Porte was Senior Director of Customer Support, where she was responsible for increasing support satisfaction by 21%. Additionally, she drove continued improvements in Vovici's internal use of CRM systems.

Before joining Vovici, Porte managed customer support and services operations at Approva, Monster Government Solutions, iDEFENSE and CareerBuilder. In her most recent position, at Approva as Senior Director, Technical Field Operations, Nancy developed SLAs, implemented a customer support system and managed a CRM integration that lead to Approva winning the coveted SSPA STAR Award for Service Excellence.
