Instructors record their strokes using Dartfish technology, and give them instant feedback on how to improve their technique. They can watch their moves and see what modifications need to be made to gain a cleaner, more refined stroke.

And Masters and Triathlete level swimmers can continue their training programs throughout the year, maintaining their skill and strength for upcoming meets.
