Rolling Hills Tsunami is a competitive swim program that encourages excellence amongst all members regardless of age. They are dedicated in teaching all the techniques necessary in order to better each and every individual on the team. They strive to be a hallmark swimming club and to provide the necessary training and environment possible for their swimmers to reach their upmost potential.
The Tsunami swim team also strives to instill the elements of strong character needed to succeed in swimming. The courage, confidence, commitment, personal respect and responsibility to be successful in swimming are all attributes needed for success in life as well. Rolling Hills Tsunami is a positive, fun and dynamic swimming program.
Rolling Hills Tsunami was founded in June of 2010 as a Limited Liability Company. As a swim club Rolling Hills Tsunami is a privately owned entity. The decision to form this type of team was brought upon through discussion among founding parent supporters. This structure is simpler than programs with exclusive swim club boards in which selected members spend extensive time arguing about the bylaws of the club. However, the founders and coaches do very much rely upon the support and input of the parents and swimmers to provide the most excellent program possible. Rolling Hills Tsunami is in the “Swimming Business,” and takes pride in producing the best swimmers possible primarily for the edification of each and every individual swimmer.
The team swimming pool is located in Rolling Hills Estates, California; which sits in the middle of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, nearby the Hollywood Riviera, Torrance and Redondo Beach.
