Syndero Launches World-class Customer Service Division

San Francisco, Calif. (PRWEB) November 29, 2007 -- Syndero, the San Francisco-based parent company of notable brands including Dermitage, TriClear, Onlingo and Living Christian announced today the launch of a new customer service division.

"While customer service has always been important at Syndero, we have recently created a new customer service division to give consumers the focus they deserve as our top priority," said David Lukrich, Syndero's Co-Founder and Senior Vice-President of Customer Acquisition. "We pride ourselves on our ability to attract and retain repeat customers, and the key to that success, in addition to offering quality products, is superior service.

This continued prioritization of customer service is the latest tactic in Syndero's customer-first strategy, as well as developing best-in-class practices that become competitive advantages. "At Syndero, we concentrate on developing strategies that will benefit our consumers," said Lukrich. "We know that serving our customers well will lead to great word-of-mouth and will continue to propel our rapid growth."

Because of Syndero's business model, superior customer-care is imperative. "Syndero's products are sold on subscription, and we need to deliver on our consumer promise in order to keep customers coming back. To that end, we have special "Brand Experts" at our call center who serve as resources to all our customer service reps," said Corri Tanner, VP Customer Care. "These experts are dedicated employees who are knowledgeable in all aspects of our brands, from product specifications to subscription service terms to ingredients. "In addition, we have hired over 22 new customer service reps over the past 6 months to help us keep up with the increase in calls per day."

Syndero sees itself as a unique alternative to other retailers. "Since our products occupy highly competitive spaces, differentiating our company from the others is paramount," said Lukrich.
