“Spice Spotlight videos are a more dynamic platform to share information and my enthusiasm for spices. The topics come from questions I get about specific spices. For example, I’ve had a number of people ask me about the various types of cinnamon and why ground cinnamon seems to clump when it’s added to liquid, so that’s the focus of the first Spice Spotlight video.” - Carol Peterman

Inspiring people to explore using spices in new ways and cooking with new unfamiliar spices is a passion of TableFare owner Carol Peterman. “I developed SpiceCare spice storage to make it easy to keep spices fresh and organized. With spices orderly and easy to access, it’s a lot more fun to be spontaneous in using them, so I make it a point to put lots of resources on our website to fuel creative inspiration every time someone looks at their spice collection,” says Carol Peterman.

This and future Spice Spotlight videos will be featured on TableFare's blog, as well as in the Spice Library and on TableFare’s YouTube Channel.
