Driver records
Ensure all documentation is valid and that all legal requirements are adhered to. This includes everything from checking licenses, downloading intervals, card expiry dates and Driver CPC status.

Analysis
To ensure 100% compliance, analysis is highly recommended, either via your analysis software solution or by utilising the skills of highly trained tachograph experts through Tachodisc’s Bureau Service.

There is also now a new ‘live feed’ available via TachoMax™, which Tachodisc has developed in partnership with CMS SupaTrak. This uniquely sends real time information, i.e. a driver’s’ hour’s status, direct to a Traffic Manager via a live feed. So over the busy holiday delivery period you can instantly see if your drivers have enough sufficient hours left to legally complete the job.

Training
Utilise Driver CPC to make sure your drivers are kept up-to-date with the legislation and their responsibilities.
