Talentainer.com is a new video-centric website offering live entertainers an opportunity to showcase a bit of their magic, placing it before legions of event planners who are searching for world-class entertainers to populate corporate events and gatherings, to entertain stadiums filled with fans during half-time shows, to fill cruise ships with masterful entertainment, and to fulfill other venues.

The site founder C.K., is a London based physicist with a Ph.D. in the U.K, worked in Paris and served as a Senior Scientist at Samsung. Now a scientist at Imperial College and co-author of a scientific publication with a noble prize winner, his latest endeavor has colleagues scratching their heads.

So why is a successful scientist dabbling in the world of live entertainment? Formerly a musician, C.K. says his global travels have introduced him to hundreds of talented entertainers who inspired him to create a new outlet to aid in their success. "I still have a great passion for music, and I would like to help talented people get heard," he says. "That is why I created a space for entertainers of all kind to help them promote themselves."

As professional entertainers search for new outlets to promote their talents, more and more are turning to posting videos on the Internet. In fact, research has shown that using a video to promote your services expedites buying decisions by 72 percent.* And as many as 94 percent of direct marketing videos will be passed along to co-workers, family members and friends. Talentainer.com takes advantage of those encouraging statistics by throwing the spotlight on live entertainers looking for work.

"Whether they are professional or just thinking about starting a new career in entertainment, Talentainer should be the place for them to start," C.K. explains.
