TalentWise and Bullhorn Expand Partnership to Include Employment Eligibility Verification

An expanded integration with TalentWise now allows Bullhorn customers to manage all employment eligibility verifications directly within the Bullhorn platform.

TalentWise, a leading Hiring Process Management (HPM) solutions provider, and Bullhorn®, the global leader in online staffing and recruiting software, announced today that the companies are expanding their integration partnership to allow Bullhorn customers to manage all employment eligibility verifications directly within the Bullhorn platform.

Today, Bullhorn’s staffing and recruiting customers use TalentWise’s employment screening solution to perform employment background checks and drug screening on candidates. Now, with the expanded integration, Bullhorn customers can benefit from an entirely electronic Form I-9 process, including employment eligibility verification through a real-time integration with the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system. All records, including the electronically signed I-9, images of supporting documents, and a comprehensive audit trail are stored securely for easy access and audit.
