I especially want to laud the efforts of Richard Kek and our entire R&D staff on their tremendous work. It is also a point of pride that we will be immediately adding features based on requests from our initial users, because we are clearly focused on customer responsiveness.

Additionally, OAISYS has announced Talkument's patent-pending status. This status has been granted due to the product's innovative ability to create documents out of telephone conversations. As with other forms of documentation, users can store, organize, comment upon and share voice documents using Talkument to facilitate faster retrieval of necessary information and collaboration.
Talkument automatically documents telephone conversations by centrally recording them and securely making them available to their owners. Through an intuitive.NET interface users can organize, search for, comment upon and securely share voice documents they are authorized to access. Talkument's unique design retains the original documents on the appliance, giving users access to view, replay and annotate them remotely over IP without ever downloading or removing them. This enhances business privacy and security.
This initial release will include the flagship Talkument product with the ability to integrate via T-1 or PRI interfaces. Talkument Small Office, VoIP integration and numerous enhancement requests offered by customers during field trials will be released in a subsequent version scheduled for mid-to-late-November. This scheduled point release will include at least four product enhancements requested by our field trial customers.
"It's thrilling to experience planned success due to two-plus years of execution," stated Jack Wikselaar, President of OAISYS. "Receiving patent-pending status tangibly supports the claims that Talkument is a truly new and innovative communications application. Releasing an innovative and completely new product to the market on time is an accomplishment our entire company should and does take pride in."
He continued, "I especially want to laud the efforts of Richard Kek and our entire R&D staff on their tremendous work. It is also a point of pride that we will be immediately adding features based on requests from our initial users, because we are clearly focused on customer responsiveness."
