Taos celebrated the one-year anniversary of its Boise-based Managed Services offering in October 2010. The solution has had remarkable success over the past year. Since going live with its first client in October 2009, the Taos Service Center has signed 20 clients across a broad range of industries, including the financial, pharmaceutical and hi-tech industries to name a few. The flexibility and scalability of the solution, in addition to the reduced operating costs associated with Boise, make the Service Center an attractive option for companies of all sizes that are interested in outsourcing their service desk or their infrastructure management.
