The firm was chosen for its extensive work in the mountain resort industry and an in-depth knowledge of web development and on-line marketing. Wilson Lass will fine-tune Taos Ski Valley's brand, introducing a new creative campaign for 2010-2011.

New creative execution for Taos Ski Valley

Breckenridge, Colo.-based creative branding and marketing firm Wilson Lass recently was chosen as the agency of record for Taos Ski Valley in Taos, NM. The resort, known for bountiful snow, uncrowded slopes and an authentic, unassuming persona, is looking to fine-tune its brand after 55 successful years in the ski business. Thanks to extensive knowledge of the snowsports industry and strong insight into the New Mexico and tourist markets, Wilson Lass was an ideal match.

Founded in 1955 by Ernie and Rhoda Blake, Taos Ski Valley remains one of the few family owned and operated ski resorts in North America. To this day, the resort is still run by the Blake’s children and grandchildren. Single-focused skiers and riders pop from bedroom poster-worthy backdrops. Sweet, smiling faces hint at what lies beyond the brochure.
