At Tarot.com, we're all about using self-knowledge to conquer fear - and that's the important message we want to spread during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

In honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Tarot.com, a NameMedia property, has partnered with Breast Cancer Network of Strength®, a premier national non-profit organization dedicated to providing immediate emotional relief to anyone touched by breast cancer, to ensure that no one faces breast cancer alone.

For the month of October, Tarot.com, the leading online provider of authentic interactive divination experiences to more than 10 million monthly visits, will provide its users with health and breast cancer related photo galleries, articles and member polls, and special offers on Tarot readings and Astrology and Feng Shui reports. All month long, Tarot.com will also host online scavenger hunts, promotions and forum challenges to raise $2,000 in donations to Breast Cancer Network of Strength.

"At Tarot.com, we're all about using self-knowledge to conquer fear - and that's the important message we want to spread during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month," said Tarot.com General Manager Jessica Abel. "We're thrilled to partner with Breast Cancer Network of Strength, an organization that mirrors our efforts to offer enlightenment and support. They're here to provide information and immediate emotional relief to those affected by breast cancer so they can make sound and educated decisions about their health."

While Breast Cancer Network of Strength doesn't raise money for breast cancer research, it is one of the founders of the National Breast Cancer Coalition, which works to increase breast cancer research funding. Additionally, representatives from Breast Cancer Network of Strength serve on the Department of Defense Peer-Reviewed Breast Cancer Research Program, which awards grants for breast cancer research. As part of its kick-off activities for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Tarot.com participated in the 18th Annual Komen Portland Race for the Cure® on Sept. 20, 2009, in an effort to save lives and end breast cancer forever.
