On January 3, 2013, Tax Professionals’ Resource is hosting a live tax compliance webinar for sales and use tax professionals who are faced with the legal and practical challenges of learning as many as 50 different state sales and use tax laws and regulations. Attendees will learn about the four different types of taxing states which greatly reduces the complexity of a 50-state environment. They will also master the principles of nexus and how to reduce exposure to audit from other states.

John R. Morrow, accountant with JR Morrow Consulting, LLC, has been chosen once again to present on this popular tax compliance topic. Mr. Morrow holds more than 22 years of experience in taxation with a focus in payroll taxes, sales and use taxes, and financial statement analysis. Previous to starting JR Morrow Consulting, LLC, Mr. Morrow worked with the Internal Revenue Service, and as manager of taxation in the private sector responsible for corporate income, payroll, and sales and use taxes.
