“Changing the way tax professionals approach taxes was a dream of mine that came true when I helped build the American Institute of Certified Tax Coaches. It’s extremely gratifying to have my work praised years later,” says Molina, president of AICTC.
In partnership with the American Institute of CPAs and the AICPA’s Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee, CalCPA selected the experienced and emerging leader recipients based on criteria that includes community or public service, demonstration of leadership, contributions to the profession, creation and implementation of unique initiatives and involvement with educational institutions.
The AICTC is the only organization providing hands-on training, proven systems, tools, support, and the Certified Tax Coach (CTC) designation when re-affirming tax planning as a central discipline in financial services. Prior to founding Certified Tax Coach, Dominique Molina successfully managed her own practice serving hundreds of business owners and investors across the country for seven years. In 2009, Dominique Molina began to create an elite network of tax professionals including CPAs, EAs, attorneys and financial service providers who are trained to help their clients proactively plan and implement tax strategies that can rescue thousands of dollars in wasted tax. Dominique is also a published author of two books on taxation, and appears as a tax expert on TV and continuing education courses.
