Highlighted by sophisticated architecture, sleek lines and unique amenities, these stylish metropolitan and traditional designs feature an open living concept that fuses urban and traditional styles, creating the perfect living space for nearly every homebuyer in every region of the Bay Area.

The Meridian in San Jose opened for sales last weekend, Saturday, March 23, and is the first new Taylor Morrison community in the Bay Area of 2013. These attached, townhome-style designs range in size from 1,483 to 2,053 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, up to four bathrooms and feature a two-car garage. The Meridian is located less than 10 minutes from Willow Glen’s Lincoln Avenue and is close to shopping and entertainment venues, restaurants and neighborhood parks.

Opening for sales in April and perched atop the San Mateo hills, Verona Ridge offers just 23 stunning lots with views of the San Francisco Bay. The community features three and four bedroom home designs with up to 3,100 square feet, and may include a bonus room or deck. Highlighted by open concept living and exquisite included details, every Verona Ridge home features a gourmet kitchen complete GE Monogram appliances, granite countertops and professional caliber gas range. Verona Ridge offers the perfect blend of location, design and functionality, making each home as unique as their future resident.

Marquis in Lafayette will give homebuyers the opportunity to live in one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after communities beginning in late-April. The development’s 23 townhome-style residences reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding area, including the nearby Lafayette-Moraga Regional Trail and Lafayette Reservoir. With craftsman exteriors, the interiors are equally impressive, each of the three floorplans provides approximately 2,000 square feet of living space and includes four bedrooms, three-and one-half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Residents who want to head to La Fiesta Square only need to venture two miles, or they can head to the nearby Lafayette Farmer’s Market for produce or the BART station for quick access to the entire region, including San Francisco. Additionally, Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza is just three miles east of The Marquis.

Taylor Morrison explores the premier location of Morgan Hill this Summer as sales begin at Madrone Plaza in June. Madrone Plaza offers both two-story detached home designs and stylish, three-story townhomes in its two distinct product lines – The Arbors & The Villas. Each detached home features up to four bedrooms, two-and-one-half bathrooms and 1,617 square feet, while each spacious townhome design boasts up to five bedrooms, three-and-one-half bathrooms and 1,929 square feet. Madrone Plaza in Morgan Hill offers homeowners the perfect escape from the Silicon Valley along with resort-style, onsite amenities including a community clubhouse, swimming pool and hot tub, bocce ball and basketball courts, a putting green and tot lot.
