Using this information, TeamAsia regularly advises StarTek on how to improve the performance of the website in terms of attracting visitors interested in procuring the BPO services the company provides its FORTUNE 1000 clients.
In addition, TeamAsia, in collaboration with Google AdWords consultants, has developed an online search engine advertising campaign promoting StarTek and its services and solutions. The campaign was launched in February, and features a mix of keyword bids that are intended to cost-effectively increase StarTek's visibility to companies that fit its client profile. Depending on specific searches, focused ads provide links to specific pages within the StarTek website.
As in the case of the SEO services TeamAsia provides StarTek, TeamAsia will continually evaluate the performance of the AdWords campaign and make recommendations monthly on its management and refinement. Referred traffic to the StarTek website increased more than 40% in the first week of the campaign. New visits increased almost 20% and unique visits were up 17%.
