Jim Condon, Partner – Finance, Operations, Technology & VC/Private Equity: Jim Condon has held leadership positions with a number of successful private technology companies and has created significant results, including structuring sale/leaseback financing for $80M of corporate assets; developing business strategy and financial plans for $50M operating group; negotiating franchising and management contract agreements for a major hotel chain; and structuring and selling a $250M limited partnership offering. Neil Rothberg, Partner – Finance, Operations & Technology - Neil Rothberg brings more than 25 years of senior finance and operational experience, primarily in software technology and services companies. Neil most recently was the Vice President of Finance with Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions, where he was responsible for the overall accounting and finance including financial statements, revenue recognition, internal controls, cash management and strategic planning. Previously Neil served in numerous financial management positions at organizations including Appian Corporation, BearingPoint, QuadraMed and Software AG (formerly SAGA Software). John Torre, Partner - Finance, Operations, Technology & VC/Private Equity: John’s recent experience ranges from business-unit CFO for Verizon’s corporate division representing 15,000 employees and a $4B annual expense & capital budget, to CFO of a Washington DC-based technology start-up. John’s career highlights include the creation of the $23B FiOS initiative, detailed FiOS business plan and the design and management of the FiOS operational and financial profitability metrics which changed the strategic direction of Verizon. John has performed key Merger Integration strategic, financial and due diligence roles in the Verizon/GTE and the Bell Atlantic/Nynex mergers and created the New Product Development process at Verizon. John received his BS degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in earning his MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University while working as a construction engineer. Richard Wathen, Partner - Finance, Operations, Technology & VC/Private Equity: Richard has 20 years of experience working with technology companies building core administration and financial infrastructure and accelerating growth by raising capital and developing strategic alliances. Richard has raised over $100 million of private equity for growing technology firms. He also has extensive experience in IPO and secondary offering preparation and execution. His background includes areas such as software development (IBM and Legent), network and telecom products (ROLM and Visual Networks), internet commerce and ASP services ( and netASPx) and biotech (OTraces).
