SmartWatt Energy is pleased to announce that Meredith Toussaint has joined the company’s headquarters in Ballston Lake as a Human Resources Associate.

Most recently, Meredith Toussaint worked as an Employment Operations Specialist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where she provided support throughout the recruitment, employee requisition and hiring processes. Prior to this, Meredith worked in Human Resources for Target Corporation and Nestle USA. She graduated from Sienna College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management.
As a Human Resources Associate, Meredith will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department in all functions and operations, including recruiting, payroll, benefits, health and safety protocols, reporting and administrative tasks.
