Telax Hosted Call Center, North America’s leader in hosted call center solutions, launched a 3.0 call center offering today at the Metaswitch Forum 2010 in Orlando, Fla. The 3.0 add-on for the leading hosted software solution allows for skills-based routing of social media messages to Call Center Agent users, as well as intelligent social media dashboards and real-time reporting.

Social media is the next contact management frontier.” Parmaks explained that Telax Hosted Call Center can now deliver Facebook Fan page messages, direct messages, and Twitter replies through skills-based routing using the Telax Call Center Agent software.

Telax Hosted Call Center already delivers multichannel contact routing including chat and email for its customers, both businesses and government agencies, with user groups ranging from four to over 400. As part of the new 3.0 add-on, Telax now offers customized integration with reputation management solutions such as Radian6. “We have a talented development team who are very excited about social media.
