New sales channel tools boost revenue, productivity for Texas telecom agents.

Great systems enable sales and I’m working to streamline TelePacific’s information and tools to make sure they’re intuitive, accurate and constantly up-to-date.

Danny Steer has joined TelePacific to drive the development and implementation of advanced sales tools that will make pricing, changes, promos and other vital data available for Agents. He comes from Master Agent Telarus, where for the past four years he played a key role in maintaining the tools that company’s sales force depended on to build rapid, accurate proposals.

“I come from an Agent environment and know how overwhelming all the information you need to win business can be,” Steer says. “Great systems enable sales and I’m working to streamline TelePacific’s information and tools to make sure they’re intuitive, accurate and constantly up-to-date.”

Located in Texas, he has deep experience working with both TelePacific’s and the former Tel West’s (acquired by TelePacific in late 2011) structures and sales support tools. Steer has a personal understanding of the importance of totally integrating them so they support Agent success in the growing Texas market. He’s created real-time quoting tools, geographic multi-location qualifying tools and product pricing and commission tools that were built around Agent requirements.
