Desiderio, a senior finance executive with over 22 years of experience in high-growth technology companies, assumed his new role on May 27th, 2008.

Prior to joining Visible World, Desiderio held senior executive roles at companies such as Princeton Softech, netForensics, KSM Associates, Inc., and Innovative Tech Systems. Desiderio's experience includes multi-million dollar IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also has significant experience in securing and managing private equity and bank financing. Desiderio began his career with Coopers & Lybrand's Emerging Business Services group.
