Temptu Names JP McCary Vice President of Consumer Sales: Appointment Marks Key Shift in Marketing Strategy and Direction of Company

Temptu, a leader in high definition makeup and advanced application technologies, today announced the appointment of JP McCary to the role of Vice President of Consumer Sales.

    JP McCary comes to Temptu with over 10 years of experience working with premium cosmetic brands shu uemura, Bobbi Brown and Trish McEvoy. Most recently, JP spent 4 years as Assistant Vice President of shu uemura where he was responsible for Sales Education and Events, as well as spokesperson. Prior to this position, Mr. McCary was Manager of Global Education and Artistry Development at Bobbi Brown where he oversaw Global Education of the company in over 23 countries.

In addition to his business acumen, JP is a world class makeup artist. In his work with luxury cosmetic brands, Mr. McCary's artistry has graced the pages of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, Marie Claire, Allure, Glamour, Essence, and Cosmopolitan. His celebrity clients have included Kate Hudson, Angelina Jolie, Farah Fawcett, Venus Williams and supermodels Naomi Campbell, Alek Wek, Nikki Taylor and Helena Christensen. He has keyed over 350 fashion shows around the world, for designers including BCBG Max Azria, Chado Ralph Rucci, Richard Chai, Monique Lhuillier, Badgley Mischka and Diane von Furstenberg.
