Teakwood Capital is pleased to announce a control investment in ExamSoft, the leading provider of mid- and high-stakes exam administration and test creation software. This acquisition adds to Teakwood’s strong group of SaaS businesses and further complements the education theme in Teakwood’s portfolio. ExamSoft management and Gemini Investors also provided funding for the transaction.

ExamSoft offers test administrators a complete, secure and easy-to-use turnkey solution from test development through delivery, results scoring and analysis. The Company has served the testing needs of prominent academic, certification, and licensing institutions for over 10 years. In that time, it has successfully administered millions of exams, with a flexible product and unparalleled client support. The company counts as clients the majority of state bars and over one hundred and fifty other institutions.
