This new agreement with Direct Energy expands our offerings to customers and gives TEXZON’s smaller clients, such as residential and small commercial, more cost-saving options.
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) November 29, 2011
TEXZON Utilities, Ltd (TEXZON) has entered into a new brokerage agreement with Direct Energy to expand into the residential energy market. This new relationship also builds upon an already established relationship between TEXZON and Direct Energy Business. TEXZON is a leading energy services and procurement firm and Direct Energy is one of North America’s largest energy retailers.
This strategy is a significant step in TEXZON’s growth in deregulated energy procurement in the northeast. Further, this new relationship will leverage assets of both TEXZON and Direct Energy.
The markets served by the new agreement:
Gas – Ohio and New Jersey
Electric – Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey
“This new agreement with Direct Energy expands our offerings to customers and gives TEXZON’s smaller clients, such as residential and small commercial, more cost-saving options,” said David Griffith, TEXZON President.
TEXZON is one of the nation’s leading energy aggregators. In 2002, TEXZON started brokering electricity and gas in the deregulated markets. In 2008, TEXZON was recognized in “Entrepreneur Magazine” as one of the "Hot 100" Fastest Growing Businesses in America. “Inc. Magazine” also listed TEXZON as a top 20 energy company in "The Inc. 500." TEXZON currently operates in Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. TEXZON specializes in helping clients procure the best combination of price and contract terms to meet their energy needs, using a competitive process that shops their usage to many qualified suppliers. The suppliers, not the customers, pay the company’s fees. TEXZON is also a developer of green energy storage technology, as well as green Landfill Gas Recovery (Methane) and Combined Heat & Power projects in U.S. markets.
