As The Aspen Club prepares for its 10th round of Younger Next Year Total Immersion Retreat, answers to these types of questions are revealed. To fight this tendency, Chris Crowley, who, along with Dr. Lodge is the author of the best-selling book Younger Next Year, suggests making exercise a part of a daily routine, something that is up there with brushing teeth and combing hair.

The program is aimed at busy professionals who do not have the time to set up a program on their own.
