This program truly brought things into perspective and did more for us than the actual families that we helped.

While Ken Sonnenberg is more commonly known for being the owner and creator of The Coaching Department, an online business training resource, he and his company are pleased to announce that they recently partnered with United Way to take part in the Sub-for-Santa program; a philanthropic endeavor that was designed to spread cheer to those in need during the holiday season.
The Coaching Department gave each of their employees $100 to purchase gifts for their assigned person and/or family within the Sub-for-Santa program. Once the gifts were collected, they were then wrapped and delivered by the employees themselves, the week of Christmas.
"We were beyond excited to put business aside for a short time and to take a moment to consider our fellow man, our community and the genuine spirit of the holiday,” says Steve Hatch, a representative for The Coaching Department. “This program truly brought things into perspective and did more for us than the actual families that we helped.”
In all, Sonnenberg’s staff at The Coaching Department joined forces with the Sub-for-Santa program to sponsor a total of nine families, consisting of 30 kids, and reveled in their opportunity to help their community this holiday season and give the gift of joy to a group of families that may not have known the feeling otherwise.
The Coaching Department was established by Ken Sonnenberg and other experienced online entrepreneurs to provide an educational platform to businesses and individuals throughout the world. Their goal is to not only teach you the principles of successful e-commerce, but also to empower you to apply what they teach so that you can build and grow your own profitable online business.
