Acclaimed Producer Barry Josephson has joined THE LOOK’s Board of Advisors, announced Alan Mruvka, Founder & CEO of the newly launched celebrity, beauty, and fashion network.

Created for women, THE LOOK covers everything celebrity from fashion and beauty, to lifestyle and fitness. Through its numerous fashion and beauty experts, THE LOOK editorial team gives the audience an inside perspective into the world of celebrity lifestyle.

Barry Josephson is a 30-year veteran in the entertainment industry with a wealth of diverse experience in film, television and music. He has established mainstream success through numerous motion pictures, television series and specials across a variety of genres. As President of Josephson Entertainment, Josephson’s business acumen is derived from the various positions he has held ranging from a successful talent manager to President of Production at Columbia Pictures.

Josephson has numerous feature film projects in various stages of production. His producing credits include the international hit Walt Disney film “Enchanted” starring Patrick Dempsey, Amy Adams, James Marsden and Susan Sarandon, directed by Kevin Lima. Barry also produced the recently released Fox family adventure film “Aliens In The Attic” written by Mark Burton (“Wallace & Gromit, “ “Madagascar”).

Currently, he is in post-production on the Warner Brothers romantic comedy “Life As We Know It,” which is scheduled for a wide release on October 8th and stars Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel. He is also in pre-production on a number of feature projects for 2011.

Other box office successes under his producing shingle Josephson Entertainment include: “Hide And Seek” starring Robert De Niro, Dakota Fanning, Elisabeth Shue, and Famke Janssen; “Like Mike” from 20th Century Fox, “The Ladykillers,” written and directed by the Coen Bros., starring Tom Hanks, and “Wild Wild West” starring Will Smith.

Josephson is also at the helm of the hit FOX television drama “Bones,” which will begin its 6th season this Fall. It is syndicated on TNT and is broadcast worldwide.

Josephson is a founding member of Comic Relief, hosted by Robin Williams, Billy Crystal and Whoopi Goldberg, the comedy concert that has raised millions of dollars to aid the plight of the homeless. He is an active advocate of animal rights and sponsors The Millan Foundation for Rescued Pets. Josephson also holds pivotal roles in the following organizations: the HBO Aspen Comedy Festival; the Commitment to Life Benefit (Supporting AIDS Project Los Angeles); The NHL Entertainment Board and the 16-year running Heart of Austin Film Festival for screenwriters.

Through its numerous fashion and beauty experts, THE LOOK editorial team gives the audience an inside perspective into the world of celebrity lifestyle. THE LOOK is really three sites in one, an online network, a daily editorial and photo site, and an ecommerce store.
