The Nottingham is pleased to announce three new residential products are being launched with effect from 9am Friday 19th April.

These exciting additions show a further reduction for our 2 year residential fixed rate at 90% LTV, an extended end date at 85% LTV and a new 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV. All three deals come with a free valuation for both purchase and re-mortgages, whilst free legals apply to re-mortgages only.

5 year 3.64% (new) fixed until 01/08/18, 80% LTV, £199 Booking fee, £800 Arrangement fee
