The Resource Group has been selected by Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) to implement Microsoft Dynamics® GP to replace the center’s existing financial and payroll system. Based in Bremerton, WA, KMHS is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center dedicated to providing behavioral healthcare services to children, families, adults and seniors in Kitsap County. The Resource Group is a Renton, WA-based leading provider of Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly, Great Plains) accounting and business management software solutions.
As part of the agreement, The Resource Group will replace KMHS’ UNIX-based system for Financials, Payroll and Human Resources with Microsoft Dynamics GP. The deployment will be on premise and will leverage the full suite of Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as Microsoft SQL Server 2008 reporting tools, including SSRS, Analysis Cubes and Excel Reports.
“Kitsap Mental Health Services is moving from a proprietary financial/HR system that has been used for over 20 years to the Microsoft Dynamics GP product and are pleased to be teaming with The Resource Group.” said Tracy Thompson, Information Services Director of Kitsap Mental Health Services. “The new system will also provide better integration with our clinical electronic health record (ProFiler© by UNI/CARE Systems). The Resource Group expertise and “hands on” assistance will greatly assist and enhance the movement of the data and the staff using the system. We believe The Resource Group fits our needs for the conversion and the future and we look forward to a long-term partnership.”
“We are pleased to partner with KMHS to provide them with a new software solution that will provide the organization with a powerful technology platform which leverages the tools of Microsoft Dynamics GP,” said Marty Schillaci, CEO of The Resource Group. “We look forward to developing a long-term relationship with KMHS that will provide them with the support they need to continue to provide the much needed mental and behavioral healthcare services within Kitsap County.”
