After undergoing a rigorous on-site survey, The Right Solutions has received Certification from The Joint Commission for meeting national standards in Healthcare Staffing Agency quality and safety. Certification was awarded to the agency in the area of healthcare staffing.

"In achieving Joint Commission Certification, The Right Solutions has demonstrated its commitment to the highest level of healthcare staffing to care for the hospitals and patients that we serve," said Diana Wright, BSN, MBA, NEA-BC, CEO and president of The Right Solutions.

"Joint Commission Certification is a voluntary process The Right Solutions has successfully completed for the 4th consecutive audit cycle with absolutely no deficiencies. By our uncompromising standards we have undertaken this challenge to elevate our standard of care and instill confidence in the community we serve," said Wright.

A Joint Commission expert surveyor visited The Right Solutions on May 9, 2012 and evaluated it for compliance with standards of care specific to the needs of facilities and healthcare professionals, including infection prevention and control, leadership and performance improvement and management.

The Right Solutions voluntarily participated in the assessment and earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™, which is valid for up to two years.
The Joint Commission’s standards are developed in consultation with health care experts, providers, measurement experts, individuals served and their families. The Joint Commission is the nation's oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care.

"With Joint Commission Certification, we are making a significant investment in quality on a day-to-day basis from the top down and bottom up," Wright continued. "Achieving Joint Commission Certification is a major step toward maintaining excellence and continually perfecting performance through issue management and process mapping."
