During National Sleep Awareness Week, the hotel will provide sleep tips and amenities to guests and offer bedtime snacks in the lobby each evening. The hotel is placing Benjamin Dream Journals in various guestrooms and suites beginning the week of March 7th to encourage guests to share their dreams, whether conjured during sleep or their aspirations and goals, through writing and artwork.

The Benjamin’s @SleepConcierge Twitter page will continue to provide sleep tips to followers during National Sleep Awareness Week as well as give away various sleep-inducing amenities.

National Sleep Awareness Week takes place March 7-13, 2010, and is a public education, information and awareness campaign coinciding with the return of Daylight Saving Time, the annual “springing forward” of clocks that can throw off the body’s sleep routine.
