Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Steven R. McQueen, Michael Trevino and Candice Accola to Appear at Hot Topic Stores in Dallas, Chicago and Miami Metropolitan Areas

Hot Topic, The CW Television Network and Warner Bros. Television will once again join forces for the “The Vampire Diaries” Season 2 Cast Tour. Stars of the popular series, which airs Thursday nights at 8/7c on The CW, will make personal appearances at select Hot Topic stores in the Dallas, Chicago and Miami metropolitan areas. The first tour -- which took place in January at Hot Topic locations in the Atlanta, New York/New Jersey and Los Angeles areas -- quickly sold out and thousands more fans gathered at the events to see their favorite stars and hear them answer questions.

How it works:

  • At each location on the tour, fans will have the opportunity to meet select cast members and ask them questions during a Q&A session, get autographs on a limited edition tour poster and catch a live concert performance by the band Sounds Under Radio.
  • In order to meet the cast, fans must enroll (for free) as an HT+1 member and buy an exclusive “The Vampire Diaries” Event T-shirt from one of the participating Hot Topic locations. See below for specific locations and dates of availability.
  • Fans purchasing the shirt will then receive a wristband which will grant them access to the signing portion of the event. (Note: Limit one wristband and one autograph per person. Space is limited. Wristband required for entry to signing. No cameras allowed within Hot Topic locations.)
  • The Q&A session and music performance will be open to the public.

All Hot Topic stores will feature an in-store boutique dedicated to “The Vampire Diaries.” Items to be showcased include the following.

  • “The Vampire Diaries” T-shirts and jewelry items
  • “The Original Television Soundtrack: The Vampire Diaries,” an explosive mix of 16 songs heard in the series by artists ranging from the sultry and haunting Placebo and Bat for Lashes to the sexy dance-pop of Sky Ferreira and the lush Sounds Under Radio, released on October 12.
