President and Founder Lawrence Stanley presented at the UNCF 2010 CFO/CIO Conference for Capacity Building through Shared Services, on day two of the three day conference held at the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort in Stone Mountain, GA.

Mr. Stanley shared the challenges that higher education and municipalities face when managing their internal maintenance expenses with limited resources. By uncovering and leveraging historical data, Mr. Stanley offered a cost-effective alternative to the excessive margins that original equipment manufacturers disguise in their service contracts, thus enabling facilities to better manage their associated risks.
