...third year in a row.
Millbrae, CA (PRWEB) June 11, 2013
The Dylan Hotel, a newly renovated 58 room boutique hotel, located one mile south of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), today announced that it has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
“The Dylan Hotel is pleased to receive a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the third year in a row,” said Barry Ongerth, owner at the Dylan Hotel. “We are continually evolving to keep up with our commitment to offer our guests a superior stay, in a prime location, at an affordable price. This accolade is evidence that our hard work is translating into positive reviews on TripAdvisor.”
Guests often stay at The Dylan Hotel because of their valuable perks; a daily delicious complimentary deluxe continental breakfast, free San Francisco Airport Shuttle and their prime location—near SFO and within one hundred yards of the Millbrae BART/Caltrain station—but in the end, they discover that The Dylan Hotel has so much more to offer and is truly a gem among other San Francisco Airport hotels. From their longtime staff who never forget a familiar face, and keep up on weekly San Francisco Bay Area events; to their special touches added to each guest room, including artwork from famous surrealist photographer and photocollage artist Thomas Barbey, imported Spanish porcelain tile in the bathrooms, 40 inch LCD televisions and comfortable plush pillow top beds—every detail is carefully incorporated with the guest’s best interest in mind. It is details like these that make staying at a boutique hotel a much more personal experience than that of the large hotel brands. The Dylan Hotel is pleased that their guest’s reviews reflect their ability to deliver a boutique experience at an excellent value.
“TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering TripAdvisor travelers a great customer experience,” said Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business. “The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most – their customers.”
