The Novelli Theatre will be hosting up to six unique and highly entertaining demonstrations per day, with Jean-Christophe and his Academy chefs recreating some of the delicious signature dishes that have given him worldwide recognition. In addition to the food theatre there will also be a Novelli bistro, which will be serving tasters of many of the dishes being demonstrated.
