Join the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra as they return to The Hanover Theatre for another successful year of Christmas cheer and signature songs, with fan-favorite conductor Keith Lockhart. The Boston Pops Holiday Concert is on Friday, December 9 at 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale now.

Capturing the magic of the Christmas season and the winter charms of New England, the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra will perform their signature “Sleigh Ride,” as well as other holiday classics and new arrangements of seasonal favorites. The magnificence of hearing these pieces performed by America’s orchestra is not to be missed.

Tickets to the Boston Pops Holiday Concert start at $55. Discounts are available to members of The Hanover Theatre and groups of 15 or more. About Keith Lockhart
Keith Lockhart has conducted more than 1,700 Boston Pops concerts and annual Boston Pops appearances at Tanglewood, as well as forty national tours and four international tours to Japan and Korea. The list of more than 250 guest artists with whom he collaborates represents performers from virtually every corner of the entertainment world. Lockhart leads eight albums on the RCA Victor/BMG Classics label, including two that earned Grammy nominations, “The Celtic Album” and “The Latin Album.” Recent releases on Boston Pops Recordings include “The Red Sox Album,” “A Boston Pops Christmas—Live from Symphony Hall” and “The Dream Lives On: A Portrait of the Kennedy Brothers,” featuring narrators Robert De Niro, Ed Harris, Morgan Freeman and Cherry Jones. In addition to occupying the Julian and Eunice Cohen Boston Pops Conductor chair, Keith Lockhart currently serves as principal conductor of the BBC Concert Orchestra in London and as artistic director of the Brevard Music Center summer institute and festival in North Carolina. Prior to his BBC appointment, he spent eleven years as music director of the Utah Symphony. His guest conductor appearances include virtually every major symphonic ensemble in North America, as well as several in Asia and Europe. Prior to coming to Boston, he was the associate conductor of both the Cincinnati Symphony and Cincinnati Pops orchestras, as well as music director of the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra.
