The Meadows Alumni Association is pleased to host an alumni workshop in Scottsdale, Ariz. for alumni on April 16, 2013, from 7:00 to 8:30pm. Jeff Schultz, LPC, CSAT, will lead the discussion on “Wired for Love Addiction/Love Avoidance.” It will be held at the Chaparral Suites Resort, East Ballroom, 5001 N. Scottsdale Road.
Schultz specializes in the treatment of substance abuse and process addictions with an expertise in treating compulsive sexual behaviors, such as sex and love addictions. He currently practices from an addiction interaction model popularized by Dr. Patrick Carnes integrated with The Meadows Senior Fellow, Pia Mellody's model of developmental immaturity. Schultz also sees patients at the Sundance Treatment Center in Scottsdale and teaches as adjunct faculty at Grand Canyon University.
