The Rainmaker Group, a world leader in automated profit optimization software and services for the hospitality industry, today announced two chain casino properties and the 1,088-room IP Biloxi have upgraded to revolution version 16.3 to access the full analytical power of the industry's leading revenue management system.

The new version of revolution provides much greater visibility into data in the system, particularly guest transaction data from the property management system. This enables managers to perform in-depth reviews of the booking data in order to better understand transaction history and behavior, allowing a 360 degree view of the guest.

Other new features of revolution 16.3 include:

IP Biloxi upgrades Rainmaker revolution
The IP Biloxi luxury casino resort worked with Rainmaker implementation teams and re-segmented its customers to leverage revolution 16.3's improved forecasting capabilities for optimized room pricing. Other chain casino hotels worked with Rainmaker to re-configure room categories to leverage the new version’s room-upgrade logic. "These improvements will enable both operators to refine their sales strategies to optimize pricing and occupancy," Farley explained.
