McCulloh served as assistant vice president, pricing and revenue management for Archstone, a respected leader in multifamily operations. While there, she was responsible for all pricing and revenue management decisions for over 40,000 units in New York, Washington, DC, Boston, Atlanta, Florida and Southern California communities.

"I see huge growth potential in the multifamily industry," McCulloh said. McCulloh graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a two-time winner of the Operational Support Award at Archstone.
