Sivalenka has held key revenue management positions with Disney and Norwegian cruise lines, and most recently was revenue management and decision science director for AIMCO, a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a geographically diversified portfolio of apartment communities. At AIMCO's headquarters in Denver, Sivalenka was an integral member of the team responsible for maximizing revenues across a portfolio of properties with an annual revenue budget of nearly $300M.
