The Orange County, California based REMM Group has reached new heights during its past year of new ownership and leadership. With community customer service ratings averaging over 90%, they are taking property management business to a new level by over serving their customers.

The customer service driven property management company effectively transitioned 19 multifamily properties in 2014. The shift in corporate culture also has produced 1,000 additional apartments over the last few months. They are located in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside County, and have recently expanded into San Diego for the first time in the company’s 30-year history.

Financially, across the portfolio in 2014, The REMM Group increased rental revenue within its multifamily division by 11.41%, an equivalent of $1.8M. They also successfully supervised over $1M in capital improvement projects, creating value and preserving the quality of the assets.
