Today, the lines of personal time and work time are being blurred with the use of smart phones and tablets, and travelers are now expecting free basic internet.
Halifax, Nova Scotia (PRWEB) June 12, 2013
The Westin Nova Scotian is pleased to announce the launch of their free internet service to registered guests. The hotel offers basic internet services at no-charge with two additional options for more usability.
“We’ve been listening to our guests and are now offering an internet service that accommodates the needs of today’s traveler,” states Guido Kerpel, General Manager of the Westin Nova Scotian. “Today, the lines of personal time and work time are being blurred with the use of smart phones and tablets, and travelers are now expecting free basic internet.”
The downtown Halifax hotel provides guests with free basic internet for all hotel guests. The basic internet will allow visitors to stay connected via e-mail while staying on property. The hotel offers two additional options for a nominal fee.
“We recognized that many of our guests are relying on their phones and tablets around the clock, wherever they are, whether traveling for business or pleasure,” says Kerpel. “With our tiered system, guests can enjoy complimentary basic internet with additional options available for a nominal fee.”
These two additional services allow for more internet browsing, downloading and video streaming and will be available to guests for a small fee. For more information on the new internet options available, visit the Halifax conference hotel online.
